Hey, I'm a believer in the 4-4-2 Formation on this game, possibly the most balanced formation there is to use, You don't lose often but you don't absolutely thrash teams everytime either, never tried the 4-2-3-1 which seems to be believed as the formation of now.

I'm a 3-6-1 man myself in all it's different forms along with any other that does the biz, have been for 2 seasons now
I know a lot like like 4-4-2 on here, frightens the **** out of me all that space between the lines.

To be fair, I like the 3-6-1 formation you can bring players back and forward from the midfield as and when you need them during the game, plus 6 in the midfield, you will win lots of possession.

Yep! with the right players you can rotate my formation so four players cover all outfield players no matter who leaves the field without it changing.
