Pay to play is real

Noticed this year how apparent this is...i am lvl 83 so been here long enough to notice.

This year the teams winning my league all have players with dual special skills.

They are not the best teams. But the skills are what is making a difference.

I know Nordeus wannt to make a profit, but at least say so....

They probably would say so if asked. At the end of the day, they're a business and out to make money. Of course they will offer incentives to make us part with our cash, that's the whole idea.
But I know many Managers who don't pay a bean and have been very successful.
So I don't agree on the pay to play thing.

I believe if you pay you deserve something, I don't question that. My problem is tanking to win cup and CL. Nordeus benefits nothing from tankers but still can't take action against them - the worst decision they ever made was for clubs to retain their stars when they are not promoted

You don't need money for 2nd special ability, but yes I agree last 2-3 seasons something change for players who don't spend money. You can develop team perfectly but there is no results. I am level above you.
