As per, got an opponent from the level above who is at 164.2% as a team, with his star player at 194% !! Did think 180% was the highest you could get??

I forgot about the take 20% off for a level higher, but he must have done some 1st day training to get him up to the 174%. You can manipulate the 180% by using the special sponsor skill boosts??
You cannot train players when the average level is above 180%, but you can still play matches. Players gain skills from matches too, you know. For high quality players, playing games is the most effective way to improve your players.
There's a guy level below me who always has an 8* or 9* team (and that's what i see with him a level less, It's even higher for the guys his own level)
When he's in my CL or Cup draw I know not to be bothered at all, like this season.
Think he's on a 470 game unbeaten run at the moment lol
