Where did they find all those old emblems ?

They are not bot teams, at least many of them. They placed in previous League and some of them are in asso groups.

They are not bot teams, at least many of them. They placed in previous League and some of them are in asso groups.
I'm pretty sure you missed something. New teams now can choose an old emblem to have.
