I guess you are coming up against teams who maybe prepare better, whose tactics might be superior to yours or who might just have a better or stronger team. There are so many variables that your question is hard to answer.
Do you research your opponents? Do you look at how the game is progressing and make changes appropriately?

At least u lost in the finals, I just lost two semi finals, it's been quite a long time since my club got a trophy, same as Tottenham, my club is living on past glories.

Isn't easy to help a manager without knowing the team, settings, etc

you should at least write something about your team performance like in final match opponent GK doing superman or blabla, and your team rating in match, so maybe we can help its because your tactic or "troll"
