I did not pay any attention to tactics for the last 3 years. I set them once and never bothered since. I have won about 95% of my games and win and average of 2 competitions per season. Can somebody please explain why I should be bothered about weather conditions in this game?

This game really us dying on its arse. Every change is now about spending more tokens or rests etc. The game is crying out for a proper game engine that works as it should rather than producing stupid random results that make no sense. And before people suggest thats what happens in real life....games arent real life they are there to demonstrate the effort and ability you create by training and being devoted to the game. But lets forget that and introduce rain....
