I'm at level 4 and at the beginning of this season, I bought a scout player AML/ML/DML (44 quality, PK specialist) who was the most expensive on the list. Since then, he's played 9 games and has never achieved higher than a 7 rating (6.1 average). He's also missed the two penalties he has taken...

I don't understand how he can perform so poorly. Any suggestions on what I should do with him? Selling is not an option seeing as he put me back 50T plus the huge fee (4.54M $) I paid to get him.
