    Is it possible in a Champions League club level 9 to have a player with level 8 ?

    If it is a strong Level 8 player, he can be assigned in a CL with players one level above.

    based on luck and quality also based on opponent, if there no equal opponent for your team, will end up against lower level or higher, low or high, if your team high enough then you go high
