Why my players earn experience and lose condition?

If you arrange a friendly that is normal

Only if someone else challenge you.... and you play a friendly you stay the same

What I was trying to tell was actually the exact opposite. lol After a couple of friendlies I thought my players’ conditions stay same, I might be wrong though. I couldn’t have got used to playing on the PC properly.
