    Does anyone know if ways to increase team motivation!

    My team is losing to teams and my assistant coach says the other team was "More Motivated ". It is embarrassing to lose back to back to smaller teams!

    Give your players a win bonus. Also, a tactical setup that works along with your team and aligns well against your opponent helps as well. When possible, blow out weak teams 9-0 or so since that helps boost motivation and kindle fires.

    Ignore the assistant since the new version. He just talks bull. My aml is constantly my best defender amonv other things. Saying I'm playing players out of position when I'm not and winning 8 0
