Beating a stronger opponent?

Hello, I'm in CL finals and I'm going against a 4-4-2 as a 4-2-2-2, the opponent is stronger than me by 2-3%, any tips on beating this opponent?

And I would be glad if someone could also tell me how do I beat a stronger opponent overall. 😄

2-3% difference mean nothing in the finals of CL/cups.
You can put arrows down on AML/AMR and play on your best strenghts.

4-3-1-2 with AMC has work wonders for me against 4-4-2.

I think it depends more of the players he has to work with than the tactics, a single player can change the whole final around. The AMC needs to be high rated, you re not going to break him with a 4* AMC with low skills.

So that means he should buy an MC that is close to 6* and a AMC that is close to 6*.
I really like the players with multiple roles cause that means i don t need to buy players from the market to have a certain formation.

In that case, then play 4-1-3-1-1. Push up DMC to MC region (instead of MC), AML to play ML at MC region, then the rest should slot it themselves easily
(I somehow ‘forgot’ to check his formation beforehand)
