Never used this form personally, what is it you like about it? has it been working for you to date? Just wondering, as I beat 2 similar formations easily in the league last 2 matches. Wondering why so many use it? Today I beat one 9-0! I use a 4-3-1-2 set up

I think they used it coz of it's versatility? I used it a lot myself a couple of seasons ago.

your (or atleast mine!) settings will vary depending on who you are facing.

If my team is the better one on paper - attacking. if i'm the underdog i'll go with normal (or even defensive if i'm huge underdog) and counterattacks. tackling is hard against better opp, normal for others etc etc
I always try to adjust those things according to what i'm facing next, so to give a general setup that would work in all matches i feel is not possible.

IF i was gonna try one it would probably be: Attacking, down both flanks, own half, normal, mixed, Zonal. no counter or offside

edit: and no arrows! 4-5-1v is, imo, perfectly balanced already so they are not needed

I set red arrows on DL/DR/AMR/AML and red arrows on DMC only if there is no AMC.
    attacking
    down flanks
    mixed passing
    zonal
    no counter
    no offsides
    whole field press

I like possession and an aggressive game.

exactly what cracicot said. definetely red arrows on DR and DL. Be very carefull on your DMC. If the opponent has an AMC and your DMC keeps going forward u will get into trouble. Oh, and AML and AMR, it is entirely up to u in my opinion. I use red arrows on them if playing lesser opponent. Other than that everything else he said is exactly right ;-)
...but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror...
