I like to look through the awards and plan accordingly. The Level 14 award is a random 2nd special ability. I had a random first ability before and didn't notice the ? mark and ended up with a fullback who had penalty taker SA. My question is the randomness limited to the SAs that are available for that position. Basically a goalkeeper can only get pen stopper and 1-on-1 stopper ... If I used it on my keeper he can't randomly get dribbler?

Only for the position, so GK is actually a good choice for the random 2nd ability.
