So, I have 2 MC in my academy which I can add.

Player One is a 57.1% player, he cost 4 tokens
Player Two is a 61.4% player, he cost 2 tokens

So player 2 is the better player now, but player 1 cost more.
Does that indicates that player 1 will be a better trainer?

AFKeel is right, for MC you don't have to waste token/green.
if you want to build great squad, you need superb AML/AMR in your squad. that's it!.
MC is the least important position in this game..
