if i get your question right, the answer is the "one on one scorer" ability dosn't have any visual representation in the match animations just like the "dribbler" ability they just add additional skill points when triggered.

This is what I understood as well. If you are instead mentioning the training process, then it depends on the the age of the player.

Besides, Khris has stated we were told it adds 20% skill points to the players when they are activated by Nords, and this is something I don’t believe Nords about. According to me, they are just and just cosmetic as many units in the game.
