My strategy nowadays is looking for such players in the negociations and then training them at 20/21 y.o, the academy is also a good option.
Stoped looking in the aution, it takes to much time spetially if you are looking for fast traines, i've given up on them, rather waste an extra 100 greens os so than loosing so much time.
