unmanaged/bot teams

As the end of a season draws near do the bot/unmanaged team's wins/losses even out a bit or will there be 1-2 teams who win almost all their games regardless of whether their squad has been strengthened or the managers can be bothered to attend their games?

I usually only see them in 7-14 place most of the time. If anyone is real and actually manages their team even the slightest bit, they should end up above any bot.
