Upgraded U21 last season and low and behold still only get 2* & 4* WTF is this the same on all levels upwards? I can see no incentive to keep upgrading if this is the case unless they are better players or train faster.:mad:

Who says they don't train fast? I own 4 players who are academy players... each are now with a 7* rating and a special ability.
The 21T token players are the ones who train the most, people don't know this so they unknowingly release them thinking they're shit. Then you have managers like me who snap them up and end up with an awesome player
Thanks dv8r, I just heard that too, so the one I have today is 18 tokens wont be a great trainer then?
