About LinkBacksUpgraded U21 last season and low and behold still only get 2* & 4* WTF is this the same on all levels upwards? I can see no incentive to keep upgrading if this is the case unless they are better players or train faster.

Who says they don't train fast? I own 4 players who are academy players... each are now with a 7* rating and a special ability.
The 21T token players are the ones who train the most, people don't know this so they unknowingly release them thinking they're ****. Then you have managers like me who snap them up and end up with an awesome player
