Skill cap

I heard from someone that the skill cap might not be at 340% anymore, but at 180% (which would make the best possible player a 15x 180%). And honestly, with my players I feel zero difference whether they have white skills at around 200% or 340%, so that's why I thought there might be something to it. What are your thoughts and sightings?

well the floating theory was their are 2 different scenario and 2 different game engine for official match and association match, where skills play out differently. one prioritize a players overall % and the other their skill %. with the new 3D introduction im not sure about anything anymore lol .
