Youth academy players v Mutants

Appears that the players who come through the youth academy with High skills all round (including grey) are doing as well or better than Mutant players with extremely high white skills. SO is it worth training up mutants or just do a bit of boost lab and get a high % youth?
Thoughts guys??

I believe so. The youths need to have high quality from YA. High greys are important to performance these days. Boost lab and personal trainer. Anything that requires more spending. Especially special sponsor.

Yes spend as much money you can to have very easy draws in your season. No wisdom required.
