this game is an absolute joke, it can't be more scripted than this, game engine screws me over on my last group stage game in CL, i only needed a draw to clinch 1st place, i dominate my game, 22 shots to opponent 6, opposing manager doesn't show up of course, my players miss like there is no tomorrow, opponent scores 2 goals in 2 shots on target lmao, while i only score 1. Now because of this i lose 1st place in the group to this opponent and i will face a mutant team full of 9 star players in round of 16. Fu*k this game

I bought this great striker and he achieves great results both in the league and in the cup. The problem is that due to bugs, the game doesnt record his goals in the cup - 10 goals in 4 games.

At the risk of sounding like a contrarian, I don't have many complaints with the game at the moment.

With 3D representation the biggest annoyance is the inevitability of shots getting blocked/passes getting intercepted when your team is slowly organizing the attack on the wing and trying to cut inside.

Other than that and the absence of poacher goals the rest is tolerable. I trust that the smaller issues will be fixed as time goes. Also I have a feeling more than ever before that my tactical changes mid-match actually do make a visible impact, for better or worse.

If anything is frustrating it's the amount of high quality teams I am dealing with. Never before have I seen this many 110+% opponents in lower levels, it's really tough to be in contention for trophies, even with the regular daily dose of 25 rests. Ridiculous. Just making top 4 in the league has been a challenge for two seasons now, and that has been my best competition in the past.

Thankfully some of the free token offers were manageable. I thought my math and sudoku knowledge would only come in handy once my future children grow up.

Also cheers to Evony for giving me a nice boost after just one completed task in their game. Now I should be able to get 2-3 auction/scouting signings this season if necessary, or have even more recruitment options for the next season. Obtaining a seven star AMC free kick specialist for free during the recently finished event has been so beneficial too.

Not much has changed regarding ambitions. Cup or Champions League win. Preferably the cup as I am yet to win it, but it's going to be so difficult. 116% opponent awaits in the semis while I just got over 100%. I did take out a 110% team in the quarterfinals though despite today's bug not allowing me to keep track of when the match will be. Perhaps underdog wins are not as rare as they used to be...

I thought my luck facing stronger opponents in the cup had finally run out when I lost the first leg 3-2 to this tanker.

I was able to turn it around in the second leg winning 2-0 and 4-3 on aggregate. Both goalkeepers were playing like super humans throughout the game and at a point I felt this was one of the games where I was destined to come close but eventually lose. But as soon as my player got the red card I knew for a fact that I will certainly win the tie, and I wasn't wrong as I scored in my next highlight and dominated the rest of the the game.

Okay, considering we аre halfway through the end of the season, I think its the right time to take a brief look at what has happened so far. The results in the league are great for now. I beat all four direct rivals for the title. They all have active managers and the difference in quality is + -5%. The most difficult match was against Real Madrid. Although it doesn't seem that way based on the results, the match was very tense. Until the 75th minute, the result was a draw and the details decided the winner. Мatch against Soppeng FC was also difficult and challenging. I defeated the other two opponents without any major problems. Although nothing is over yet, I am in a very good position with +7 points.



I have a very good team, but several players stand out, which can be seen in the statistics.



When it comes to the cup, the road to the trophy seems open. My next opponent is an active manager, but the difference in quality is not small. His road to the semifinals is interesting - he passed to the next rounds once after extra time and three times after the penalty! So without a single clear victory.



So, in general, this is a great season for now. What do others say? How are things going?
