As compensation about ruining my associacion matches nordeus send me a gift with logo, shirt, 10 tokens, 10 red, green, blue packs and player 25 years AMC, 104% shadow striker. But not all players recieve this compensation. How many of you recieve it guys?

I did not receive any compensation, too. And as I wrote in a previous post I was supporting my team in association and I was winning 2-0 when the issue arised.
And when the system came back I lost 0-1.
My association was fighting to be promoted in diamond but cause to this issue every hope was lost.
Once again.... Could Nordeus explain why some people are being compensated and not others?

Why some teams received a compensation but not all damaged teams? How did you choose who to compensate?
My inactive friend who doesnt attend matches got the compensation. No player though. I hope they are not rewarding based on attendance as my association could not enter our matches but our support was registered.
Two of my teams got random results in the association an no compensation for me, the end of a very dark episode in the history of this game :(
I just got everything mentioned here except for the player.
And now I’ve also gotten 100 special sponsor points as compensation for this as well..
Where can I find the 100 special sponsor points, I haven't seen or found any yet
