As compensation about ruining my associacion matches nordeus send me a gift with logo, shirt, 10 tokens, 10 red, green, blue packs and player 25 years AMC, 104% shadow striker. But not all players recieve this compensation. How many of you recieve it guys?

Nothing there man. It seems Nordeus randomly selected who gets the reward.
My 2 teams did not get anything.
I got the compensation except the player. Seems random.
Nothing received. Could Nordeus explain why some people are being compensated and not others?
I did not receive any compensation, too. And as I wrote in a previous post I was supporting my team in association and I was winning 2-0 when the issue arised.
And when the system came back I lost 0-1.
My association was fighting to be promoted in diamond but cause to this issue every hope was lost.
Once again.... Could Nordeus explain why some people are being compensated and not others?
