After I substituted a player and the game went on for some time (as in 15 min game time) and even the team listing shows he's been substituted, he still appears several times throughout the match!!! And even helped my team score two goals!

i still had a injured player on the pitch with a + in red above his head yet still played on, completing tackles !!!! just shows how rubbish the game is

Maybe he's a tough nut, die hard type, even injured, he is determined to defend to the last.
