I also think boost lab has no value for money as it is built, but its been there for a while meaning people are using it

First, let us select what players we want to be on fire not let Nordeus select the reserve team.
Second, 15 % for skills not 5%.
Get rid of most of the Academy stuff.
Cheaper.
No on loan players.
