So i have same questions im just a beginner help me pls?

If i have player 59% (14) and another one 51 (12) who is the best and how can i see who is the best from this numbers and stars pls? How good a player from stars? So i assume since the player has 59(14) he is better?

Another thing what tip to sell players in auction since im level 1 to sell fast in auction pls?
