I also wrote about this last year (or maybe earlier) - they are not interested! People use resources to keep their team viable, therefore, why give ads, or x2 training that is not beneficial to Nordeus? It would be interesting to know how many players have left regarding the lack of customer service, and the ever increasing errors within the game.

If they helped players ‘play’ managers would be happy and use banked resources to improve their teams ….. Nordeus would probably make more money by helping managers rather than currently obstructing them.
