The training thing can slightly be helped by having two teams. you train all your players till their individual bonuses are 10% then you rest your first 11 and train the remaining 14 or 15 players until the full team bonus is 40%
Have your best 11 for the league and just make up as good a 'B' team as you can for the cups

sadly I found out today that unless I play on mobile I cannot view ads and get bonuses I play on PC I enquired about this with Nordeus I cannot seem to be able to tranfer team from PC to mobile
