CL game now being played (received notification) but I cannot see it - another Nordeus blunder!

I am still awaiting a response from the support team for my original query / report. The match score of the game is visible but there are no stats / report available. If these games have a result there must be an associated report, otherwise, are the results pre arranged (as queried by numerous players)? Also, if there are no match reports available how do you work out players stats (leading scorer, highest rating and most assists)?
