Is it the same for everyone? Or variable depending on association strength or division? Seems particularly tough this season starting at lvl1 with 120%. We are diamond league.

i think it's like that for everyone.

I believe they set up the strength of the opponents based on the strongest team in your asso. And it almost impossible to complete phase 4 even for that stronger team.

Phase 6 is joke, 18 year dc with no skills without joke score 90% free kicks, 155 st end 90% one in one score and mine 199% player miss 8 of 9 counter attacks, by miss i mean miss goal like worst player in lowest league in india
