Facing a dylemma and need help of advice

This is my team


This is the player i got from the market. I am planning to make him AML/ML with shadow striker ability since he is fast trainer.

My MR Athanasiadis is a slow trainer, but trained him since i needed to grow my team for the cup game.

If i make Michelini an AMC and give Farkas AMR role, Michelini loses false winger playstyle.
If i make Michelini an MR to play Ben ML, Michelini gains MC white skills.

So i either play 4-4-2 with high white skills of MC or 4-2-3-1 Michelini AMC and he loses playstyle.

I have to mention i spent a lot of time on the market in the last 3-4 days and i m not planning to search it even further for a MR.

Also have to mention Michelini is my best performer.

To summarize the post in one sentence. I either make Michelini(Currently a ML):
1) MR but i have to make him MC first so he gets the whites of MC in defense.
2) AMC but Michelini loses his playstyle of False Winger since playstyles dont work out of positon.

What would you choose?

I have decided to make Michelini an AMC, despite the fact that FALSE WINGER playstyle won t work anymore, but that will be better than having Bravery, Marking and Tackling highlited as whites.
Farkas will become an AMR and i think i will buy special sponsor to give him Shadow Striker ability to make him for of a winger than a striker.

As i said previously, Athanasiadis my AMR is getting benched because he s a slow trainer.

He isn t getting any attributes after 3 trainings with Pass, go&shoot drills which is embarassing.

Looks like Jerome is your main player and I'm not sure who's as supporting role in your squad, but sending slow MR to bench won't be a problem cos he has an average rating pattern. I had to sack similar player(med investment on him)last season. I had detected he was bad egg in my squad and effecting my team's contribution list in bad way.

I'd like to recommend you monitor new assigned internal roles; your AMC position and the performance of new fast trainer. As you know, Player growth speed and performances are separated parameters from each other.

I m planning to make all 4 of my attackers 7+* at some point.
If i feel like the new AML isn t performing i ll swap position with Michelini.
Michelini might have more assists since i put him to take corners.

Athanasiadis seemed to have been a better scorer than Michelini but i stripped him from free kicks since he is a slow trainer and i don t want to invest more in him.

Might be a coincidence, but i think it s important to note that the player that takes the corners, penalty kicks and free kicks is usually the best scorer and assister in your team, no matter who is the main player assigned by the game engine.

I m wanting to give my new ML/AML set piece specialist to make him my club legend since he s also lower rated than Michelini and also trains faster.
But i ll have to see if he performs and is worthy of that set piece specialist ability, as my PLAN B i will make Michelini set piece specialist if ML/AML performs bad.
