I finished 9th last season, why have my players lost stars and percentage points?

because sometimes you get to promoted eventho you finish 9-10.
if you really dont want to promote and want to stay at same level you should target finishing at number 11-14.
the level system is like pyramid, if there're not enough teams to make league in higher level, they'll pick & pull other 9-10th finish to higher level too
