On fire morale

Can anyone honestly tell me if the on fire morale gives players and team an edge or is it just for show as many tings in this game?

For the players? Nothing. Never get 10 rating for fire morale player, even he can get red card or injured. I think it's just to improve your "luck" to win a tough match (if half of the main team on fire). Just save all the fire morale and use it all in finals or when face higher oppo.

I think that it does make a difference. I would rather have them on fire than not. I guess it depends how well your team is doing overall.
