I have a question about the reward No 8 in the medal-lane (extra group). The descriptions say, I could play another group that day.

I claimed the reward, finished my regular groups, but I didn't get my 5th. I'm quite annoyed about it. I already asked the supporters for helf, but I don't think they understand my problem.
