renew contract or sell at season end?

Ive got 2 players who played 3 seasons in my main squad, but are going to be 3* next season if I renew their contract... one of them has an SA and is 34 quality, the other is 32 quality with offense spec (23 defense, almost 40 offense), still scoring nicely. should I renew their contracts to sell them at season start bidding craze? another reason for prolonging contracts would be that I wouldnt be too dependant on new signings, but of course it would cost some money...

What are their ages? If they are 31 or older, I would sell them.

to things have you skill point`s on them or saved, if saved your 34 will be 35 so back up to 4* you can save for start of new season then renew contract before adding skill, this saves you on sighing on fee and his value will go back up

Im pretty sure (maybe someone can confirm) that you get 7 days at the start of the season to renew the contracts. If your going to sell keep them and sell them on day 1

That is true, but you can only sell them if they have a signed contract.

I think the older one is 26, but slow trainer. Younger should be 24. Actually the 32 q 24yo AMC/AMR is 2nd on the most goals list in our league (and in our team), I should keep him for a while. Im a bit afraid of selling too early since this season it took quite a while to get decent replacements. Top of the server so the transfer list is 3* only anyway.
