Yep, won 10 - 0 and 9 players went down to very good morale from superb.
It happens every game unless a player has 3 assists or 3 goals then they're on fire or stay superb

I can only agree that this doesn't make any sense. Would be nice to see an admin with an official answer.
It's been this way forever. Players can only lose morale in games, never gain and if you are winning then the morale should at least stay the same or improve if you win by say 5 clear goals. But it is just designed to make you use Blue boosters. I am not convinced morale makes much difference anyway because I have had players on poor morale come on as a sub and score in a winning game.

The world of Nordeus in which we live. In their world players get depressed after arriving second in the league, the man of the match instead of being on fire as he should be instead loses morale, as you say, you win big or qualify for the next step in competition and lose morale, then the best is that a player does not play for a couple of games and they go into depression. The world of Nordeus is the world of greed not fairness to those who play the game. If we look for fairness in this game we are looking in the wrong place. This game could be the best out there in its category and yet it fails to be because it does not operate in a realistic way, it operates in a money-making way and defies a lot of what is real in the sport world and reality.
