So today I have been faced with a very harsh reality about this game. Something I was not being able to pinpoint but now I did finally.
Why do often we lose against seemingly weaker opponents? Because they are not weaker they are much stronger, we just do not realize it.
If our adversary's players have very high white skills and very low grey skills the player's quality in reality is the higher % of the category in which he has the higher white skill %. For example, a DC with 125% in defense 75% in attack, and 130% in physical/mental would show a total star % of 110% because his attacking skills are low the average goes way down, but in reality, for his position, his total % quality is 127%. Therefore if the entire team is like that as an example then the total team % appears much lower than the reality of each player's skills that matter for each role. Often we play against teams that in appearance are weaker or even to ours and they kick our rumps. That's why. this happens. This example team's total % would be 110% yet when taken singly the skills that matter of each player make it a 127% team. We need to start training in this manner. Now I realize I have been training my players all wrong. Shame on me.
