I'm using this 4-3-3 as well, 2x League winner/1x Runner up/1x 3rd place Cup/1x 2nd Champions League, currently at season 4-Level 4..may i know how is your tactical setting?any arrows?

I also use 4-4-2 in general. Occassionally use 4-1-2-1-2 and very rarely, the old style 2-3-3-2. As regards tactics, I just rely on neutral play. No specialist attacking or defending.
