According to the instructions the bags are for upgrading the centre so I'd hold onto it and see if you can drag it over later.
I'm stuck on a 'cooldown' at the moment, no idea when that will end.

No... not drag it. It's just extract another 5 stuff others than the training center. You can check on the yellow i for info
