Who the hell do I write to so I can see the Token Offers in English?

I play the game in English, yet the fackin token offers are all in Spanish.

Yes, I suppose I have a Spanish IP provider and they base it on that IP, but how can I get it changed?

I would like to do the offers but its a pain in the ass using Google translate all the time.

I suppose I could play using a North American proxy but that is a hassle to startup and there are issues with lag during auctions and crap.

Anyone?

And advice such as "Learn Spanish" is not an option. I am learning it but not at the rate where I can read like a normal spanish person.
