Thought it be a good question to ask how different people train their teams since i could do with some advice on how you train your players.

Do you
  1. Train the whole team (inc subs and reserves)
  2. Train only your starting 11
  3. Train in sections (eg only defenders then only mid then only attackers)


Also what drills do you use?

I asked about this because i noticed since the training thing changed i find it harder to actually improve my players ratings compared to how it was before (The overall team % goes up but it seems harder to improve the players stars compared to before)
