Besides the many other issues that, despite what they tell us constantly, this game is not realistic at all. I guess it is what it is and we just better get used to the way it is because it will never change in the way it should. I have written many times and also made support aware of the changes this game should implement to make it more fair and realistic. There is no reason why they should not implement the changes and no reason that the changes should affect the money-making aspect of this game. Many in this forum when I mentioned the changes before said that if they made the changes the game would be different, so why not? Why does everything have to always stay the same? The changes I suggested are nothing but fair and good. The league should be structured as the Association is, promotion of the first 4, staying at the same level for the rest of the teams up to the last four who would be relegated to the lower level.
The reward system should also reflect the Association system. Every match won should be rewarded with 3 tokens in the league and 5 tokens in the other competitions. The finalists should get 20 tokens first place, 15 second, 10 third, and 5 fourth. Rest, morale, and treatment boosters should also be added to the reward pool. The top scorers as well as the top-rated and assist winners should all get rewarded in all competitions. The player of the match should get on fire morale for the next set of games played, league, and others.
The player market should be available only the first 5 days of the new season and the first 3 days of the second leg of the league.
Negotiations should be changed so that we can set the player's token value we want as well as money. The way it is now is truly ridiculous we can only reject or accept the offers but not counter them properly.
Let's talk about training and tactics, I'm all for the training as it is set up, but that is not the point the point is that if we must pay in any way for the templay playbooks we should be able to have the choice of the ones we need and want. What good it is for me to get a bunch of the same pieces of training if I need others?
Game tactics are at this point primitive and inadequate. The arrows do not work I can tell you. I have tried and tried and the players hardly ever play per the orders given. For example, back arrow on DMC, and the guy hardly ever stays in a defensive position but always comes forward. If I want a player to play forward I would order a forward arrow, not a back arrow. This is true about every player. Arrows do not work any longer. The computer is very, very slow or it simply ignores the orders given during the match, tactics, and bonuses as well. I put a high press and my forward players instead of pressing high in the opponent's half come back into our half and then press. That is not high pressing. It is useless. High pressing is designed to break up the play before it can start and try to get the ball near the opponent's box. The tactics hardly ever work properly. We need to have more control over the tactics and give less interpretation to the computer. Players should be able to have a variety of tactical orders to follow and we should see the results on the pitch. I have played hard defense and seen all my players go forward constantly how is that possible?
The player's position on the field also as it is is wrong. I read about real formations in real football and they are listed as a formation that for example is a 4-5-1 the players in reality start as a 4-5-1 the MC players though can be CM, DM, OR AM, and still considered playing in a 4-5-1. If I want to place my AMC in the position with the mid 4 I should. The players knowing their role will move as the game develops in the respective positions in which they should play therefore the positions in this game should reflect all of the midfield for midfielders, etc. If I want my AML, AMR, and AMC to play in a back position I should be able to place them where I want them to play or start from or go back to if I want them to do so and do it without being penalized by the game because in real football there is no such thing. For example also in reality some central defenders are playmakers and often come forward, they are called liberos. Franz Beckenbauer from Germany was one of these such players. I am just saying that this game is too rigid and it does not allow us to place players according to their skills in the positions we best want them to play.
The bottom line is this, the game in reality does what it wants causing the results it wants despite what we and the other managers do. Therefore the conclusion is all we do thinking we are doing right does not count toward the result we desire.
For example, if we seek the proper counter formations and tactics to play against another team they most likely do the same, if my AVQ is superior and I have the right tactics and counter-formation I should win 95% of the time or in a worse case scenario draw. Yet, some teams although playing stronger teams seem unbeatable, beat all stronger teams and go on winning the competition. How is that possible? It is very rare in real football yet in Tope Eleven it happens. How? Because Top Eleven decreed it should be that way this season and there is no amount of training, no perfect tactics you can come up with you will lose if the game decrees you should. This is BS because it has nothing or little to do with our efforts in the game.
We need to have a greater percentage of control than we do now. I do not care if the game changes to reflect more how other games are structured or whatever, it has to change period.
