But, this game just happened after I had seen Marco's post.
Ive given some of my ideas in another thread.

I have beaten teams that were almost 50% stronger on paper.
Basics
Activate sharpness.
Push to the highest possible morale.
Combined with full rest.
For very important games, accumulate event bonuses like "on fire status".
About playstyles
Some believe that playistylesdo not change the outcome of a game.
I believe that is not the case at the moment.
Why else would there be hot-shot-boosters?
So pumping up here can't hurt either.
Lineup
Then it's about the lineup.

With it, you can work on a counter-formation database.

My current approach:
Dividing the field into zones
I have divided the field into five zones in length and three zones in width:
DC, DMC, MC, AMC, ST.
Left, middle, right.
Researching the attributes of the rivaling top eleven
Then I go into the detailed player statistics for important matches.
So far, it has proven useful to multiply all white skills of the relevant position.
For simplicity, I multiply each by 100 at the end.
So if the opponent has two DCs with a value of 200, he has "400 DC Middle".
One strong player for every position to free up space
Because with a 100%+ player, the total value increases very strong after some point,
it might be worth having exactly one very strong player for each position.
You could counter this 400 DC Middle with two strikers or just one striker.
If you have a 400 striker, you need one man less here.

I look at where the opponent is superior to me and vice versa.

Never said by the way that it's impossible to beat a much stronger team I'm simply stating that it's very improbable to do so. It has never happened to me quite honestly I so.ewhat resent the comments made here that I xant do it because I'm somehow not playing the game right or I don't know what I'm doing. I have read about all the things suggested to me and I've been doing most if not all of them. The issue with beating a much stronger team un reality has little maybe nothing to do with all we have been talking about doing. The problem is the law of averages that 8 times maybe 9 times out of ten will appoint the W to the stronger team. I have often punished a 1 to 2 % stronger team. It's extremely rare though especially in a big game that a much weaker team wins agains a much stronger one. That's why forgive me for getting upset when I go in a final against a 15 yo 20 or morestronger team and get upset. It's because I know that even if o show up with my best and prepared team according to Top Eleven I'll probably lose.

did you see the post this is? what does this have to do with what we were talking about here? Plus this is exactly what the problem with this game is. You are all too eager to spend hundreds of tokens and even real money obviously to get the tokens and resources to do so. You are inevitably feeding the greed of this machine and enabling it to punish all who want to play somewhat free. The only way they will change anything is if we stop allowing them to charge all this money and high token prices by curtailing the spending within the game itself. Those who either by gambling addiction or simply can afford it are ruining the game. If they did not get people to buy their high-priced stuff they would either have to lower their prices or give more free resources and rely on the ads more.
Man, you cant stop them to do so :).

Really, to win against 20% is very hard. I rearly win against them too. Best thing that work for me is - to choose formation with lower numbers in attack like 5-3-2 or 4-1-4-1 and go hard defending + counter attacks...

Exactly right! That is my point exactly everyone is good at putting screenshots but no one tells you how they did it. You get a long post like the one on the previous page telling you a bunch of stuff to do, which I already pretty much do with not much of a great result in beating much stronger teams. The thing is what does the opposing team look like? I have, not much, but I have beaten stronger teams but why? Because the opposing team although stronger in quality lacked in special abilities and playstyles for example. I have beaten a stronger team that had no playstyles and one special ability per player and some did not have any. Was our team all on fire morale? How were those stronger teams prepared? were all their players at superb and on fire morale and at 99% rest? We cannot know any of that info because we cannot see the level of preparation of the opposing team of course, there can be a difference in that respect that allows you to beat a stronger team. However, If I had to encounter, as I did, a team that is 20% plus all players have playstyles, many of them are boosted and every player has two special abilities, guess what? I got killed. In that case, there is no way you can win, UNLESS, for some crazy reason, the computer decides to give you the win. One time I won 1-0 against a team much stronger and I got so ticked off that I put all my players in different positions, I must have shocked the computer. It depends, however, as I said before, it is not that I never won against a stronger team. Never against a team 20% plus stronger but I did win some, the issue is not that, it's that you finally get in a final of some type and you are confronted with an opponent 25% 30% stronger and of course 9 times out of ten you will lose it, there is no way possible so that pisses you off because of the unfairness of the situation. You go into this game already knowing that you have a 1% chance of winning it. However, yes what do they do to be able to win so often against much stronger opponents? Not giving me the all the stories of team preparation because all that I do?

are these in the association matches? Because of that I often won against stronger teams. You cannot compare the wins in FA with win and losses in other competitions. The game play in FA is totally different than in league or others. So...yes, I agree, but give me screen shots of all that the teams you beat in league, CL, SC and cup. I bet you it is not as many as FA, it's a false comaprison
