Is anyone else having the same issue? It's been over a week now and I cannot watch a free sponsor video to unlock all rewards when I first log in to the game on mobile. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be appreciated as it's very annoying and I'm losing out on valuable rewards each day

I accepted game cookies & everything but still facing the same issue, hope this wasn’t caused by a recent T11 app update!
Normally the video tab turns blue and lets you watch a free ad video to unlock all rewards but now that tab/bar is always greyed out or black, pressing on it does nothing. Thanks Nordeus…
agree, that is specialy anoying if happen on daily log or training books, bcs you cant back to watch it if button is greyed

I’m still having this problem…sometimes it works fine but mostly it doesn’t, and there seems to be less free ads to watch lately which sucks. Sneaky tactic to get us all to spend more money on this game!
Those x2 training drill videos are useless atm since the watch an ad button is greyed out not blue most of the time too…hoping they will fix it soon but I doubt it.
