Watch an ad to unlock all not working

Is anyone else having the same issue? It's been over a week now and I cannot watch a free sponsor video to unlock all rewards when I first log in to the game on mobile. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be appreciated as it's very annoying and I'm losing out on valuable rewards each day

need to accept cookies and terms in options, though that not guarantie videos

I accepted game cookies & everything but still facing the same issue, hope this wasn’t caused by a recent T11 app update!

Normally the video tab turns blue and lets you watch a free ad video to unlock all rewards but now that tab/bar is always greyed out or black, pressing on it does nothing. Thanks Nordeus…

agree, that is specialy anoying if happen on daily log or training books, bcs you cant back to watch it if button is greyed
