Just a little humble addition - You can actually delete friendlies if you happen to be online when the friendly is requested.
But the timeframe btw request and the actual game is about 5 to 15 mins (or at least used to be 15; now mostly 5)

Yeah thats the problem, most friendlies happen while i'm not online, would be good to have a box ticked "Participate in Friendlies? Yes/No".. Tick for Yes leave blank for No... simple easy, most will leave blank and some will still play them.

I don't mind playing them but when I'm ready too hahaha

I don't mind the odd friendly too If the game is mutually agreed, not for the abuse usage of friendlies for sabotage to try and get a good result in a competitive fixture.
