Can't kick FA members?

Why can't i kick a member from my FA?
It says you can't leave while your player still in One Team.
Is there any way i can't kick them?

Hope dev team or admin of this page can FIX THIS ISSUE.
Because it's really silly you can't kick of a member just because one team player. Why can't you just kick their player from One Team, too??
