One friend is level 5 he has 4* on his squad, I can't get near them and none have shown up on the negotiations list in three days.

I am not too sure. At my lvl (9) only players of the same level or lower show up on Nego and they are usually 5 star

MY Transfers List are 3*25/29 4*30/34 5*35/39. Negotiations are 5* 35-39. All from L4 clubs, I checked every player on the list mid morning today.
Scouts range from 40/44
I think the main problem at L4, this is first chance we have had at negotiations, most of the players have just been bought in the last few days so noone wants to part with them, obviously!.

i watch always for new players for sale and i spam for 39 quality and young players but ... i need players young with 2 posts and special ability ... private message me to trade if you own one !

To buy good players they have to be from a higher level team. I have plenty of friends playing the game but i can't bid for a player if the team is not at the same level. Is there a trick or something?

Lol i don`t have that problem , you can bid only up to 5* remember that ! ... i made offers to friends to negotiate a player .

you need to be on the same game server with your friends

a way to check who is on the same server is to look at your " Friend Matches" and the teams you have in there should be available to take players from them at least for me it works like that :P

Btw i have some very good strikers all with special abilities age 27,28 all where top goalscoreres past seasons, quality 57,58,50 , high morale, for those who are interested
