I would sell then to a L4 manager if the game let me, unfortunately not is the case, you would have to spend the initial fee of tokens to bid by negotiations which is about 7T and also $50m for the GK and $70M for the ST.

Imagine what those players would do to other L4 teams? I had the opposite in my League L15 this season, there was a manager that had a player in their team of wait for it... 46 Quality!!!

LEvel 5 next season can trade with L4-7, not players who are scouts, only below.

Negotiations can be successful, only if you play on same server. You may reach agreement here, but if you are NOT ON THE SAME server, you may not trade players.
