Why negotiations in L4 are a complete waste of time, believe me.
Why?.

1. it's the first time available to all.
2. All 5* players have just been bought or scouts from L2.
3. Everyone is building, noones knocking down.
4. The players you see on day one are the same on day 28, exceptions players who are progressing and others who move out of the quality range.

Forget it buy scouts close to 9's they will make 7* and 6* for the next, third season they may just get back to scout to lose it again season 4, if you buy 22yo's
